Imagination out of the ordinary
On a tram heading for home, I caught hese two, mainly focusing on her. They didn’t see me shooting, so there was time to take more than just one shot.
When I got home I saw that there was this little change between the two pics – yet again an perfect example for my project “Time is Change”.
Last december 2014 I was walking downtown Gothenburg, just browsing for interesting people. Suddenly i heard the squeaking sound of an old tram approaching. There was time for one quick shot.
I love people, I really do. That might also be one of the main reasons why I like street photography so much. People and their everyday business are extraordinary.
Not all pics I took, just some. I’m not finished with all the nice pics from Lisbon a month ago, so I’ll add a few more later on but still, here is a start… (click).
This young woman looked at me for a longer period of time, probably interested in the fact that I was taking several pics around Kungsportsplatsen in Gothenburg. But, didn’t matter how much I tried, couldn’t get a pic of her more up front than this, as she cunningly averted me (and my camera). I bet she felt that she “won” ;).
To me (I’ve said it before…) eyes are extremely important. They can almost always save an otherwise quite mediocre pic. And they can tell you lengths in just a glance.

Yeah, I know. It’s a tram, not a bus. But same, same…
Wherever I look, I see people not looking… at anything but their mobile phones. Are we lost?
